Job Summary What you'll be doing (the exciting stuff!):

• Leading the Charge: Take ownership of diverse and challenging projects, from concept to commissioning, across a range of sectors. Like: high-voltage substations, renewable energy integration, building services design.
• Consulting Guru: Provide expert advice and technical guidance to clients, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs. Your communication skills will be as important as your technical prowess.
• Design & Innovate: Develop innovative and cost-effective electrical designs, utilizing your deep understanding of industry standards and best practices. We encourage creative thinking and out-of-the-box solutions.
• Mentorship & Collaboration: Guide and mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and fostering a collaborative team environment. We believe in growing together.
• Project Management: Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

What you'll bring to the table (your superpowers):

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's degree a plus!).
• Proven experience 5+ years as an Electrical Engineer in a consulting environment.
• Deep understanding of electrical systems, including power distribution, protection systems, lighting design, earthing and bonding].
• Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., ETAP, AutoCAD, DIALux).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• A passion for innovation and a drive to exceed expectations.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligibility preferred.
