We have an exciting position available for a Registered and Experienced Electrical Engineer to join a thriving construction consultancy based in Western Cape Town.ROLE DECRIPTION:
Responsible for the managing, delivering, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of the government health facilities projects.
*will not be doing Electrical work but will be managing the professional team on a project and will be doing Electrical Report and Invoice reviews.Position: Electrical Engineering Project Leader

Salary: Market RelatedQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: ?
- Degree and Registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer or an Engineering Technician/Technologist.
- Knowledge of CIDB, PROCSA, Fee Scales, consultants appointments.
- Minimum 3 years post registration experience.
- Managing the projects allocated, Drafting and reviewing of projects and programmes.
- Liaising with relevant Department, meeting the deadlines, drive programme and cashflow for the Management Programme.
- Reviewing and controlling the work of Structural or Civil Engineers on Projects
- Managing consultants and contractors appointments and performance.
- Management of Contracts, including JBCC and NEC.
- Professional reviews on Reports.
