Acting freely to investigate solutions, you will explore options, work closely with external collaborators, and work in a team to develop and convey design solutions. Proven knowledge in building service design and in-depth knowledge of standards and best practice, including a varied portfolio of medium to large scale completed projects with knowledge across a range of project scales and types. Knowledgeable in preparation of design stage reports.You will be an inquisitive and creative, solution-orientated yet collaborative, persuasive, and engaging individual who gives their all to ensure the client is happy and the solution both high-quality and practical. You will be accountable to a project director/manager for day-to-day delivery, and you will be provided with formal and informal support to develop your skills. You will liaise with other disciplines within the regional office and elsewhere within the company.
