Job Overview
We are seeking a
detail-oriented Electrical Estimator
to support our team in estimating new construction projects for bothcommercial and residential properties
. The ideal candidate will have experience performingtake-offs, creating accurate cost estimates, and using Bluebeam
for project documentation. This role will be managed by an in-house estimator and requiresavailability from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
.Key Responsibilities
------------------------
Perform quantity take-offs and material estimates
for electrical projects.Create detailed cost estimates
for commercial and residential new construction projects.Utilize Bluebeam
for reviewing and marking up project documents.Collaborate with the in-house estimator
to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Assist with preparing panel board schedules
and other project-related documentation.Maintain organized records
of estimates and project details.Qualifications & Skills

Experience in electrical estimating
for commercial and residential projects.Proficiency with Bluebeam
for take-offs and estimating.Strong attention to detail
and accuracy in calculations.Ability to work independently
while following guidance from the in-house estimator.Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Availability to work 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
EST
to align with company hours.Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with virtual teams.
Familiarity with additional estimating software or project management tools.
