Description:
Hire Resolve's Client is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join their mining company based in the Northern Cape.Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of electricians and support staff.
  • Plan and schedule electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations.
  • Perform fault-finding and troubleshoot issues with electrical systems and equipment.
  • Manage and maintain electrical infrastructure, including switchgear, motors, and control panels.
  • Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and ensure proper permit-to-work procedures.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure minimal downtime and support operational goals.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12
  • Electrical Trade Test Certificate
  • N3 Certificate in Electrical Engineering
  • Supervisory Certificate
  • 5 years' experience in the mining industry, where 3 years must be in a supervisory role.
  • Valid Driver's License
