Electrical Technician
Job Description
Our client, who is currently benchmarking the packaging industry, has a Next-Step-Opportunity for an experienced Electrical/Electronic Technician. This role involves installing, replacing, examining, repairing, and testing all plant machinery and components and have a solid understanding of machine safety components and high risks present in and around the production plant. Responsibilities will include installation, maintenance, and repairs on fast moving production machinery, machine optimisation, planned preventative maintenance, and ensuring production efficiency.Higher National Diploma/B-Tech Degree in Electrical EngineeringRed Seal Trade Test ElectricianMinimum 4 years experience on fast moving production machineryKnowledge of PLC ProgrammingValid SA Drivers License and own transportKindly note that if you have not received any feedback 2 weeks after your application, please consider your application unsuccessful.
