Job Summary Description:
Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a skilled Electrician to join their mining team, based in Limpopo. As an Electrician in the mining sector, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment in a mining operation.Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in a mining environment
• Perform routine inspections to identify electrical issues and troubleshoot problems
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematic diagrams, and blueprints
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to complete projects on schedule and within budget
• Provide technical assistance and support to colleagues
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• N3 Certificate & Electrical Trade Test Certificate
• 5 years' experience as an Electrician in the mining industry
• Familiarity and hands-on work in processing plants
• Knowledge and practical experience in milling, flotation, pumps and crushers
• Experience with 6.6 kV and 33 kV switching operations
• Skills in medium voltage switching and fault diagnosis
• Competence in general low voltage wiring (400-550 volts)
