  • Lead Development & Engineering: Spearhead the development and engineering of monitoring devices tailored for lithium phosphate batteries, ensuring high compatibility and optimal performance.
  • Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in battery monitoring and management systems.
  • Prototype Design & Validation: Design and develop prototype monitoring devices, conducting rigorous testing and validation to ensure functionality and reliability.
  • Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers to source essential components and materials, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
  • System Integration: Work closely with production and design teams to seamlessly integrate monitoring devices into comprehensive battery systems.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly update and refine monitoring devices based on feedback, performance metrics, and technological advancements to maintain a leading edge in innovation.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and expertise to internal teams and external partners regarding device functionality, installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Detailed Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the design, development, and testing processes, including specifications, schematics, and performance metrics.
  • Compliance & Safety: Adhere to industry safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the development and production process.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary Education in related field
  • Proven experience in designing and developing monitoring devices or electronic systems, with a strong preference for experience in battery management applications.
  • Deep understanding of lithium phosphate battery technology, including its characteristics, performance metrics, and safety considerations.
  • Proficiency in CAD software for design and simulation.
  • Experience with hardware and software development, including microcontrollers, sensors, and data acquisition systems.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements.
