Embedded Engineer
Randburg
Software Application Engineer required to play an integral part in the development of a variety of products.
Company has been in the industry for over 20 years. They specialize in electrical, electronic and electro-mechanical components. Also do Power Electronic application Product development.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- B.Eng. in Electronic Engineering/ Computer Engineering
- No B. Tech Degrees will be accepted
- 0-3 years experience in embedded design required
- Must possess excellent troubleshooting and communication skills and have an eye for detail.
- Out-of-the-box thinking ability.
- Embedded Programming skills.
- Windows based configuration and testing programs.
- Ideally have both Linux and Windows operating systems
- Application development on the Products
- Overall goal is to work with internal teams to design, develop and maintain software.
- Remain up to date with the terminology, concepts and best practices for coding apps.
- Develop technical interfaces, specifications, and architecture.
- Create and test software prototypes.
- Develop client displays and user interfaces.
