Join our MAHLE team!#StrongerTogetherMAHLE Behr South Africa, at our Durban Plant, has a vacancy for a Employee Relations Partner.Your Role & ResponsibilitiesThe main duties of this position will include:

• Provide leadership to ensure effective operations of the Human Resources Department
• Ensure effective functioning of all HR activities, such as day to day requirements, recruitment, onboarding, designing budgets etc.
• Ensure updated and correct reporting and auditing.
• Effective management of Employment Relations and Disciplinary practices including union activities.
• Project Management - Lead, drive and monitor projects.

Minimum Requirements

• Relevant Degree in Human Resources Management / Law or Labour Law or other related
• Minimum 7 years' experience in management role in Human Resources Management

Preferred Requirements

• At least 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge and experience of working in a unionized environment and directly dealing with the union.
