Employer Branding & Social Media Coordinator

Job Description
Core responsibilities / expectations
- Attend Employer Branding activities e.g. job fairs and recruitment events
- Creation and deployment of artwork and messaging for several projects
- Support, help create and manage the Employer Branding calendars for the year
- Drive efficient ways of working with system support within the area
- Monitor and respond to the Service Portal tickets for Employer Branding & Social media
- Drive the Employer Branding Onboarding projects
- Support, coordinate and administer internal and external events, campaigns and people communications
- Drive the distribution of Employer Branding initiatives and work closely with the Distribution Centre
- Continuously improve processes and ways of working
- Graduate qualification required in Communications, Marketing or similar relevant field.
- Fluency in English, both in speech and writing is a key requirement
- Should be familiar with common publishing/editorial tools (Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Canva)
- Strong communication skills with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to communicate effectively via email
- Excellent customer service skills and a 'can-do' attitude
- Strong continuous improvement mindset combined with innovation and service mindset
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet conflicting deadlines
- High integrity and ethical standards
- A 'Dare to think New' personality trait is highly recommended
