What you'll do:
Contribute to the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of our core global Payroll enablement programs.
Schedule regular training sessions on rotation, maintaining appropriate attendee lists
Oversee the collection and reporting of enablement metrics, including course completions, training attendance, knowledge assessment results and task completions
Build dashboards to give visibility to leaders and managers
Follow up with individuals and team leads to improve completion rates
Maintain enablement materials, recordings and records in an organized file structure
Work with stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps and trends to support the creation of enablement programs that produce maximum impact.
Track program milestones and KPIs with timely reporting.
Provide additional support to the Payroll Enablement team, completing administrative tasks as requested.
Key Qualifications:
2+ years in an administrative, data management, coordination role or similar
Understanding of the payroll audience and exposure to the Payroll industry
Familiarity with Looker, Google Sheets, or other tracking and automation tools and the ability to quickly learn new platforms
A degree or specialized training in relevant areas
Fast learner with a passion for growth and inspiring others to do the same
Outstanding organizational and project management skills, able to prioritize and balance a diverse and deadline-driven workload
Extreme attention to detail with the flexibility required to coordinate large and diverse needs
Ability to communicate to various stakeholders effectively and clearly, within the organization, with professionalism
Fluent in English
Results-driven and entrepreneurial with a consistent track record of 'getting it done' in a dynamic environment
Can demonstrate creative problem-solving and innovative use of resources and tools
Experience working in the fast-paced technology sector
