Energy Brand Activation Manager - ParowFull job descriptionIn this role you will be involved in the development and execution of the annual Business Plan for Energy in CCPB. You will also be responsible for managing the relationship with the Monster Energy Company to localise plans and report on performance.In this role you will be responsible for managing the development and execution of Stills and CSDs commercial plans against the BBP.To work collaboratively with CCSA, Monster (for Energy specific) and CCPB team members to localise BBP and realise profitable growth in the Stills categoryInvolvement in the Monster Energy ABP as it relates to CCPBCo-create, report on and drive Execution of the Commercial Energy BBP across channelsEnhance Brand Equity in the Energy categoryManage Channel and Brand Nett revenueGrow market share for Monster Energy BrandsSystem collaborationLead and manage HRFinancial managementSHEQ responsibilitiesSkills, Experience & EducationBachelor's degree, preferably in Business Management or MarketingPost graduate qualification in Marketing (advantageous)3-5 years Marketing/Sales/Advertising in an FMCG environment3-5 years experience at Management levelValid Drivers LicenceComputer literate- PC Skills (MS Office)ERP Programme
