What You Bring: xe2x97x8f Proven experience in community management, social engagement, or a related role. xe2x97x8f Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and organise a team. xe2x97x8f Excellent writing and communication abilitiesxe2x80x94witty, sharp, and always on-brand. xe2x97x8f Experience with live event coverage and real-time social-first content creation including photography and video. xe2x97x8f A strategic mindset with a knack for problem-solving and quick decision-making. xe2x97x8f Strong project management skills and a love of organisation. xe2x97x8f Familiarity with scheduling tools, analytics, and digital trends. Qualifications/Experience/Skill: xe2x97x8f Proficient with Khoros and Sprout, Brandwatch and Hootsuite a plus. xe2x97x8f Proficient in MS Office365 (i.e. Word/Excel/PowerPoint/MS Teams/OneDrive, etc.) and Google Office Suite xe2x97x8f Minimum 5 years working experience as community & engagement manager in a creative agency or related company xe2x97x8f Chronically online and in tune with social trends locally and globally xe2x97x8f Good understanding of social media KPIs xe2x97x8f A good command of the English language (both verbal and written) xe2x97x8f Vernacular: ability to write in isiXhosa & isiZulu will be advantageous xe2x97x8f Strong multitasking skills (ability to work on more than one brief at any given time) xe2x97x8f Strong time management skills xe2x97x8f Strong administrative and organisational skills Why Join Us?
