To execute upgrades, patches, and new configurations smoothly, improving technology functionality and maintaining compatibility with SBG needs.Qualifications

• A degree in Information Technology - BSC Computer Science or BCOM Info Systems or related studies is required.

• 5-7 years Experience in day-to-day support of Technical Systems, utilising advanced troubleshooting techniques and tools to resolve issues efficiently. Excellent design, implementation and troubleshooting experience with various provisioning tools.
• Experience in Agile methodology and working towards deliverables within a program iteration. Excellent communication skills with experience in engaging with Business partners and translating Technical Requirements into Business Value.;
