Join us.AECOM South Africa is looking for Engineers for the delivery of diverse local and international projects. Key responsibilities would be the design, preparation and management of road pavement designs using specialist modelling software.Job Summary:Preparation and management pavement design models and drawings for road design, rehabilitation, reseal and other road materialsPreparation and management of road pavement designs and drawings, reports, bill of quantitiesDesign and modelling of road pavementsApplying the AECOM Quality Management System (QMS) in all workKnowledge of Pavement Design Codes, and other relevant standards will be advantageousQualificationsDegree in Civil EngineeringHigh competency and specialist design and modelling of road pavementsMinimum of four years' experience in the design and modelling of road pavementsProficiency in specialist Pavement Design softwareGood knowledge of the SANRAL and Western Cape Provincial Governments design procedures will be a benefitExperience working for Transport Authority clients in the USA, Canada and Australia will be considered favourableExperienced using common data environments Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM360) and Bentley ProjectWiseAdditional Information#LI-OM1About AECOMAECOM is the world's trusted infrastructure consulting firm, delivering professional services throughout the project lifecycle - from advisory, planning, design and engineering to program and construction management.
