Job Summary Description:
Hire Resolve's client, is currently seeking an experienced and skilled Engineering Boilermaker Foreman to join their well-established mining company in Gauteng.Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the fabrication, assembly, and installation of boilers, pressure vessels, and other metal structures
  • Ensure quality standards and specifications are met for all fabrication and welding work
  • Maintain and repair existing equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Supervise a team of boilermakers and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety
  • Plan and schedule work to meet production targets and minimize downtime
  • Interact with other departments and stakeholders to coordinate work and resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Requirements:
  • Grade 12
  • Trade Test Certificate in Boilermaking/Plating
  • Engineering Foreman Certificate
  • 5 years' experience as an Engineering Foreman within the mining industry.
  • Valid driver's license
