Works alongside the CTO to drive new architecture and engineering principles.Technical leadership, project management, and strategic planning to ensure that the solutions meet both business requirements and technical standards.Must have a background in designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions using C# and .NET technologies.What you will do:Evaluate different technologies and tools to determine the best fit for the project. Make decisions about platforms, frameworks, and software stacks.Plan and manage the integration of various systems and components.Ensure that the solution integrates seamlessly with existing systems and platforms.Act as the liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.Communicate technical designs and plans to non-technical stakeholders.Provide technical guidance and oversight to development teams. Ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all architectural decisions and designs.Ensure that documentation is accessible and up to date.Estimate the cost implications of architectural decisions. Ensure that solutions are cost-effective and within budget constraints.Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. Propose improvements and innovations to enhance business processes and technology solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyse project requirements.Translate business requirements into technical specifications.Explore new tools, frameworks, and technologies that can improve the development process. Propose innovative solutions to enhance software performance and user experience.Solid understanding of CI-CD pipeline and how they are used and applied of the development life cycle.What you need to have: Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or equivalent would be preferred. 5+ years experience working as a Engineering lead12+ years relevant development experienceDevelopment experience with C# and .NetcoreExperience and expsoure to Javascript, React and or AngularExperience with containerization (docker, kubernetes)Software Architecture experience
