We have an amazing opportunity for an Engineering Manager - ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) based in Northern Cape, UpingtonIndustry: Renewable Energy and Infrastructure DevelopmentLevel: Senior ManagementKey Requirements:Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Energy, Environmental Engineering, or related fields; advanced degree preferred.10+ years of experience in energy, ESG, sustainability, or extractives industries, with 2+ years in a management role.Strong understanding and application of ESG principles, particularly in environmental management across project lifecycles.Experience with international standards such as IFC Performance Standards and conducting environmental and social due diligence assessments.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and information management for ESG data analysis.Ability to travel within South Africa as required.Personal Attributes:Passionate about sustainability, environmental stewardship, and biodiversity conservation.Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and quality in reporting and presentations.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.Strong team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills.Demonstrates integrity, resilience, and a proactive approach to ESG management.If you would like to apply for this position, please send your CV through to or contact us at XXX-XXXX.
