Job Description
Job SummaryHire Resolve's client, a prominent manufacturing company based in KwaZulu-Natal, is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee their engineering processes and ensure optimal production efficiency.Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the engineering team to deliver high-quality manufacturing solutions
- Develop and implement engineering strategies to enhance operational efficiency
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution
- Prepare and present technical reports to upper management
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing engineering
- Proven leadership experience with a focus on team development
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
- Knowledge of safety and industry regulations
- Proficient in using CAD software and other engineering tools
