- A Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of Mining Operations, Equipment, and Engineering Systems.
- 7-10+ years' experience within the Mining Industry
- Oversee the Planning, Execution, and Delivery of Engineering Projects, Ensuring Timely and Cost-effective Completion, while meeting performance targets.
- Develop and Implement Effective Maintenance Strategies to optimise the performance and lifespan of Mining Equipment and Machinery.
- Monitor the performance of Engineering Systems and Equipment.
- Providing regular Reports to Senior Management on Performance Issues and Improvements.
