Reference No. 399 05 RR:To lead the Engineering Team in the safe and cost-effective execution of the Asset Management, including Maintenance Management and Life Cycle Management, through clearly defined strategies and objectives for maintenance of plant, equipment & facilities for the site.Responsibilities:

• Lead the Engineering Team in Asset, Maintenance, and Life Cycle Management.

• Project Manager for large capital-intensive projects

• Implement appropriate maintenance strategies for the plant.

• Identify and manage risk exposures related to business, equipment, and environment.

• Manage SHEQ compliance using Integrated Management System.

• Develop the capability of the maintenance organization site-wide.

• Adhere to maintenance work management principles for optimal plant availability and cost efficiency.

• Oversee engineering assets to ensure performance at designed capacity and condition.

• Review and update the maintenance strategy annually to align with business objectives.

• Conduct recruitment interviews and manage labor stability and performance targets.

• Develop systems to comply with all statutory requirements and engineering standards.

• Manage and implement large capital and continuous improvement projects.

• Manage the Departmental budget & spend.

• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the maintenance organization.

Requirements: Qualification and Skill

• 8 years relevant experience, preferably 3 years managerial experience

• Degree or National Diploma Mechanical or Electrical B.Eng./ BSc. (Eng.)

• Government Competency Certificate (GCC Factories)

• Projects experience: Pelletising and Sintering Plant, Furnaces

• Safety Leadership OHSA
