Job Description
Position- Engineering Manager
Precious metals refinery Project in Middle East
1. Educational Background:
A bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g., chemical, mechanical, or engineering) is required.
2. Experience:
At least 10 to 15 years of experience in process engineering or a related field, with 5 to 10 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Mineral and metal processing experience is a must
3. Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in process design, equipment selection, and plant optimization.
- Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental compliance.
- Knowledge of tools like CAD software, and production planning software.
4. Leadership Abilities:
- Strong project management skills to oversee engineering projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of engineers and technicians.
- Effective communication and decision-making skills.
5. Certifications:
Certifications like PMP (Project Management Professional), can be beneficial.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R100000,00 - R200000,00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
