Job Description


KPA: To execute asset care work management activities and processes, providing logistic support to the maintenance management of plant / mine, mechanical, electrical and mobile equipment to ensure optimal availability and reliability, in order to achieve production targets through effective implementation of the maintenance management system, which includes: Work management (maintenance); supervision; Budget and cost control; People supervision; People leadership; Continuous improvement; SHERQMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Grade 12
  • Engineering Artisan Trade Test (Red seal)
  • N3 Engineering Certificate
  • Programme in maintenance management certificate (NQF level 5) (Recommended)
  • Supervisory certificate (Recommended)
  • Programme in Project Management (Recommended)
  • Min 5 years artisan experience
  • Min 2 years enterprise asset management system experience.
  • Min 1 year supervisory experience (Recommended)
