Hire Resolve's Client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Planner to join their mining team in the Northern Cape region of South Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining engineering work schedules, budgets, and timelines for mining projects.Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed engineering plans and schedules for projects, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress and identify potential roadblocks or delays
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure that work is being completed on time and within budget
- Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date project budgets
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other staff to ensure that projects are completed successfully
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to address potential issues
- Analyse project data and provide regular reports to management
- Grade 12
- Valid Trade Test Certificate
- N3 Certificate in Engineering
- Programme in Maintenance Management Certificate (Advantageous)
- 5 years' experience as an Artisan
- 2 years' experience in enterprise asset management systems
- Supervisory experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Salary: Negotiable
- Paid Time Off (PTO) (If Applicable)
