N6 Diploma/ B.Tech - Electronic/Electrical/Mechanical, with the below qualifications an advantage:
Technical Qualification in Mechanical/ Electrical/Electronic fields
Exposure and potential certifications to IPC standards.
Exposure to international QMS standards
Five (5) years experience within a manufacturing/electronic assembly environment and two (2) years experience in a Quality Assurance and Control environment

Responsibilities:

Experience in complete visual and dimensional inspections of various parts and assemblies
Knowledge, hands-on proficiency, and techniques in using various mechanical and digital measuring instruments and equipment
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with all levels of the organisation
Have a knack for investigating, analysing, understanding and preventing quality problems
Good understanding of fault analysis and CAPA processes.
Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings and specs
Ability to guide and explain various technical topics.
Configuration Management exposure
Understanding of Quality controls linked to Production, Assembly and Product development processes
