Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical information.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with healthcare procedures and regulations.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient needs are met effectively.
- Certificate or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
- Proven experience in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
