You will play a key role in ensuring patient safety by identifying, preventing, and reporting medico-legal risks, while also maintaining accurate patient records to meet legal requirements. Effective stock and equipment management in accordance with hospital policies will be essential to ensure seamless operations. This role requires a collaborative team approach, fostering respectful work relationships and maintaining a customer-focused mindset. Additionally, you will be expected to engage in continuous professional development (CPD), support learners and new employees, and uphold infection prevention and control protocols to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.Minimum Requirements

  • Knowledge of the Scientific Nursing Process.
  • Sound knowledge of nursing activities and procedures as per Scope of Practice.
