Enrolled Nurses - All Disciplines - Port ElizabethFull job descriptionPatient Care:Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) like bathing, dressing, and feeding.Monitor vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration).Administer medications (oral, topical, injections) as directed by RNs or doctors.Collect and record patient data (medical history, symptoms, progress reports).Assist with wound care and other treatments.Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and families.Collaboration:Work effectively with RNs, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.Communicate clearly and concisely about patient care.Delegate tasks appropriately to unlicensed assistive personnel (UAPs).Professional Development:Stay up-to-date on nursing practices and guidelines.Participate in continuing education programs.Current registration with SANC as an enrolled nurse.3 years experience in all disciplinesStrong communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.Compassion and empathy for patients and their families.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Excellent organizational skills and time management.Between 1 - 3 Years
