Provide support with the provision of treatment for communicable and infectious diseases
Implement First Aid procedures
Assist with pregnancy and other tests (e.g. urine test)
Assist with the admission of clients
Direct clients to relevant service points
Assist with domiciliary visits/recalls
Apply simple dressings
Collect, label and dispatch specimens
Receive and file laboratory results
Counsel clients with regard to HIV/TB/TOP and reproductive health
Assist with quality assurance programmes and health promotion programmes
Assist with the collection and collation of health information data on clinical activities.

Registration with SANC as an Enrolled Nursing Assistant
