Purpose of this role:





This role is responsible for driving a company's growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within large organizations and to convert opportunities into sales. To build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, develop strategic sales plans, and customize solutions to meet client needs.




Key Responsibilities:




Identifying Business Opportunities: Researching and identifying potential enterprise clients and new market opportunities. Reaching set targets: Expected to reach set value and volume targets and to work towards the company contribution. Building Relationships: Establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations. Market Analysis: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to refine strategies. Sales driven: Making sure that opportunities are converted into sales.


Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, particularly within the enterprise market. Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
