Enterprise Architecture Manager

Job Description
Position Purpose:
Oversee and evolve the organisations enterprise architecture, focusing on key aspects like organisational structure, business processes, data, and supporting technologies. Ensure alignment between architecture strategy and the overall enterprise vision
Experience:
- 12 years of experience in managing large IT projects
- 5 years in senior management
- BSc in Computer Science
- MBA preferred
- TOGAF Certification preferred
1. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance
- Implement risk controls and governance frameworks
- Accountable for functional performance
- Develop and retain skilled employees
- Promote transformation
- Oversee the functional budget and financial management
- Develop and implement business plans
- Ensure IT systems meet user requirements and are accessible
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Manage SLAs with internal and external stakeholders
- Stay informed on industry trends and legislation
- Develop and implement the functional strategic plan
- Architectural Standards:
- Credibility: Lead with integrity
- Collaboration: Build networks and share knowledge
- Influence: Engage customers and colleagues
- Entrepreneurship: Improve customer experiences
