Requirements
An appropriate tertiary qualification in Social Sciences (Social work or Psychology) and relevant training in counselling and EAP related fields. knowledge of Employee Wellness Programmes, knowledge of workplace HIV and AIDS programmes, knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act. The ability to manage projects independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team, ability to develop programmes, project management skills, presentation skills, innovative, flexible, quality oriented and computer literacy (preferably Ms Office and Excel)
Duties
The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:
Implement and manage Employee wellness programmes
Manage and coordinate HIV/AIDS programmes
Manage and coordinate Occupational health and Safety policy.
