Requirements
An appropriate tertiary qualification in Human Resource or Public management plus credible and appropriate experience.
Competencies
Required knowledge of and the ability to interpret Human Resource Management directives and guidelines and specifically job evaluations
Duties
The successful applicant will be responsible for the following: oversee a job evaluation team that conducts job evaluations on newly created jobs, vacant jobs on level 9 and above and ad-hoc requests. Address job evaluation projects and ensure the completion thereof. Provide administrative support to Job Evaluation Unit and Job Evaluation Panel members to provide job evaluation Unit and Job support services, Advice matters.
