The right person in this position will make an impact and a real difference in the success of our clients.Location: Remote from South Africa to service (East Coast Time availability ~ 14:00 to 23:00 availability from Monday to Friday SAST): We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level IT Technician to join our team. As an IT Technician, you will provide technical support to our internal staff and assist in maintaining our IT infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and looking to kick-start their career in the IT field.Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Assist in the maintenance and administration of IT systems, including servers, networks, and security systems.
• Help users with basic IT tasks such as setting up accounts, passwords, and email configurations.
• Document technical procedures and maintain accurate records of IT inventory and assets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong passion for technology and willingness to learn.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Prior experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
