Novelty anchors is looking for Entry level sales representative to help on
welcoming customers, assisting with product knowledge, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, all while striving to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
+ Greet customers and create a welcoming environment.
+ Answer customer questions about products, services, and store policies.
+ Help customers find specific items or suggest products based on their needs.
+ Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
+ Maintain a positive and helpful attitude.
Sales Transactions:
+ Assist customers with purchases, including processing payments and handling returns/exchanges.
+ Promote sales and new products.
+ Learn about products and promotions to effectively assist customers.
Store Maintenance:
+ Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing.
+ Restock shelves and displays as needed.
+ Ensure proper merchandise presentation.
Other Duties:
+ May assist with inventory management tasks, such as receiving shipments and conducting stock counts.
+ Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
+ Follow company policies and procedures.
