Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the EOR and visa services business.
Identify and build partnerships with businesses requiring international workforce solutions.
Generate leads, pitch services, and manage the sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
Provide expert guidance on immigration and visa processes to potential clients.
Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
Stay updated on local and international employment laws and immigration regulations.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Working in an EOR sales role is an advantage
2+ years of experience
in sales, business development, or partnerships
(ideally in
EOR, or visa/immigration services
)
Proven track record of
B2B sales and client acquisition
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and drive business growth.
Experience in Remote working
