• Conduct thorough investigations and analysis of individual equities with a primary focus on corporate governance.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and transparency of board practices, shareholder rights, executive compensation, and overall corporate conduct.
• Collaborate with other analysts and portfolio managers to integrate governance insights into investment strategies.
• Monitor ongoing governance developments and trends to ensure our investment decisions are informed by the latest standards and practices.
• Prepare detailed reports and present findings to internal stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in equity analysis, with a specific focus on corporate governance.
• Previous experience in a Wealth Manager, Asset Manager, or Broker environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in both buy-side and/or sell-side analysis.
• Strong investigative skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A deep understanding of corporate governance principles and their impact on investment value.
