An established food producer and retailer is seeking an ERP Analyst with a strong financial background to support the implementation, customization, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central within the organization. This role is ideal for a Financial Manager with hands-on Business Central (BC) experience, who can bridge the gap between finance and technology, ensuring seamless integration of ERP processes with financial operations.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central within the finance function.
• Analyze, design, and optimize financial workflows and business processes to align with ERP capabilities.
• Provide expert guidance on financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Cash Flow Management.
• Configure financial settings within Business Central, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Act as a liaison between the finance team, IT, and external vendors to ensure smooth system implementation and troubleshooting.
• Assist in data migration, system testing, user training, and post-go-live support.
• Provide support for month-end and year-end closing processes within the ERP system.
• Stay updated with the latest Business Central updates and industry best practices, recommending improvements where necessary.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in financial management or accounting
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV).
• Strong understanding of financial regulations.
• Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders.
• Strong communication and training skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical users.

Preferred Skills & Competencies:

• Experience in manufacturing, retail, or professional services industries.
• Knowledge of financial automation tools such as OCR invoice processing, expense management, or AI-driven analytics.
• Strong project management skills
