Eskort Brand Representative - Cape TownFull job descriptionWestern Cape, CPT - CBDEskort Brand Representative / Sales Representative - Western CapeWe have an exciting opportunity in the Western Cape for an Eskort Brand Representative / Sales Representative to join the team - the Sales Team!The purpose of the role will be -To be the principal point of contact between the Company, its agents, and its customers.To ensure that current customers have the right products, the correct forward share and visibility.QUALIFICATIONS:Grade 12 (Matric).BCom Degree in Business, Marketing Communications, or related field is required.Diploma in Business, Marketing Communications, or related field is required.EXPERIENCE:Proven work experience (minimum of two years) as a Sales Representative.Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.Valid drivers license is mandatory.KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:Excellent knowledge of MS Office.Working knowledge of CRM systems.SKILLS REQUIRED:Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work efficiently - on own or as part of a team, in a highly pressurised environment.KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:1. Customer RelationshipsAchieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.Complete weekly call cycles at relevant retail stores (PnP, Shoprite, Spar etc.) 10 to 15 calls per day.Grow and maintain a customer database by building sound relationships.Continuously seek new opportunities.Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.2. Sales TargetsAchieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.3. Monthly ReportingSubmit monthly reports (performance and competitors in our landscape).Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.4.
