Job Summary Responsibilities: (Not limited to)

  • Proven experience in estate / facilities management, (building maintenance, grounds maintenance, security, health and safety), and managing staff and contractors.
  • Hands-on front line maintenance experience.
  • Proven experience in managing costs and budgets and related administrative processes.
  • A professional and service excellence focused approach to dealing with people.
  • Strong leadership and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Own transport with valid driverxe2x80x99s licence.
  • On-site living; for emergencies and standby.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Suite)
