Attend to rental submissions such as assessments, revisions, and preparation of
termination advice for signature.
Prepare accounts for various costs and Council Rentals.
Attend to counter and telephone queries.
Undertake administrative duties such as capturing of data and general office functions
e.g. answering telephones and maintaining diaries and records.
Undertake the filing of documents and control the issue and receipt of files.
Undertake investigations and assimilate the information as required including the

Implement decisions of council and committees.
Comply with council and departmental policies and procedures.

Investigate the lease of council-owned property and assist with the administration of
leases.

Arrange/attend meetings, record proceedings and implement decisions.
Prepare rental/termination/abatement advises for signature and prepare ancillary
documentation.
Assess rentals for approval, undertake rental revisions.
Attend to arrear rentals, negotiations, servicing of notices and instruct for legal action.
Prepare and maintain diary systems, records, registers, schedules, and procedures.
