Salary: R30 000 - R35 000A leading company specializing in Marble and Granite installations is looking for an experienced Estimator to join their dynamic team. If you have a passion for precision and a background in estimating for tiling, cladding, or similar projects, this is the perfect opportunity for you!Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for tiling, cladding, and other marble and granite projects.
• Analyze project drawings and specifications to determine scope, material requirements, and labor costs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Collaborate with the project team to develop timelines and ensure project profitability.
• Assist with tender submissions and contract negotiations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry, specifically with tiling, cladding, and similar projects.
• Strong understanding of Marble and Granite materials and installation processes.
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in estimation software (experience with industry-specific software will be an advantage).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
