JOB REQUIREMENTS
- An energetic, self-motivated, creative problem-solver willing to grow with our company would be the perfect candidate.
- Must be able to assist Machinists
- Must be dynamic with strong leadership skills.
- Must be able to read a drawing
- Must know the capabilities of conventional and can machine
- Estimating the Quantifiable characteristics of Products, Processes and Services
- Monitor Processes, Materials, and external factors.
- To ensure that there is on time delivery of products as per the MPS.
- To ensure that the Standard Operating Procedures for the Company are adhered to, and also revised with respect to new ways of performing tasks.
- Supervise, Lead, and coordinate the activities of Team Members and Individuals.
- Communicate with customers
- Must be a qualified Artisan.
- Min 5 years experience as a Machinist.
- Extensive knowledge of production processes
