Job Description


Minimum requirements for the role:

  • Minimum Matric is essential.
  • 3 Years experience in a similar role.
  • A solid understanding of Project Administration is essential.
  • Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Adobe InDesign experience would be an advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail is essential.
  • Have strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have time management skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Completing administrative functions pertaining to the compilation and submission of tenders and quotations.
  • Capturing quotes and orders on system.
  • Arranging weekly project meetings with all role-players, including the drafting of agendas and minute taking.
  • Assisting the GM Sales with all project administration tasks.
  • Managing vendor applications.
  • Creating and managing client pricelist.
  • Printing, scanning, binding and packing completed tender documentation.
  • Carrying out duties over the above mentioned at the request from management when assigned to.
