Job Description
Job Title: Estimator/ Quantity Surveyor
Locations: Pretoria
Remuneration: R420 000 per year depending on experienceMinimum requirements
- 2 yearsxe2x80x99 experience working as a quantity surveyor (ideally the banking industry)
- Knowledge and experience with CAD software
- Excellent understanding of Afrikaans
- Drivers licence
- Own transport
- Quantity surveyor qualification
- Experience in the Electrical Industry
- MS Projects
- Compiling of Bill of quantities according to plans
- Drawing of Blueprints/Drawing of plans in CAD format
- Travelling to sites
- Dealing with project managers
- Liaise with clientxe2x80x99s Project Administrators to finalise BOQ and drawings
