RemoteVA PH is seeking a highly skilled and intelligent Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts, read and understand construction plans, and interface effectively with customers. Proficiency in English and the ability to think independently are essential for this role. Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Plan swift is highly desirable.Key Responsibilities:
-Read and interpret construction plans
-Provide accurate cost estimates for projects
-Communicate effectively with customers and team members
-Utilize AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Plan swift for project planning and execution
-Deliver high-quality work within deadlinesQualifications:
-Strong understanding of construction plans and estimating processes
-Exceptional English language skills
-Ability to think independently and grasp concepts quickly
-Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Plan swift
-Excellent communication and customer interfacing skillsWorking Schedule
-Work full-time from 9 AM - 5 PM EST
-Work from home
- Salary USD 700 Monthly
