As an Event Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing high-end events, ensuring that every detail reflects our commitment to excellence and sophistication.Description
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for events, including weddings, corporate functions, and private parties.
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning, from initial concept to final execution, including venue setup, catering, entertainment, and dxc3xa9cor.
- Work closely with the hotel's management and staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors to optimize cost-efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
- Oversee event timelines and schedules to ensure all activities run smoothly and on time.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Proven experience in event planning, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creative flair and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
