Achieve your ambitions - join us at JLL!Role PurposeThe Meeting, Events & Food Services (MEFS) Manager role is primarily intended to ensure the high quality and consistent delivery of food services & meeting/events across various regions/sites. The MEFS Manager will have specific responsibility for the management of certain vendor relationships services across the area(s) and responsibility for ensuring that the IFM team is consistent in quality, delivery, solutions and all arrangements around meetings and events and food services provision. To achieve this, the MEFS Manager will work very closely with the EMEA Program Team and onsite delivery teams. The MEFS Manager is expected to seek and identify best practice from across the wider JLL and the Food services industry in order to grow and develop service delivery with the areas of responsibility.What this job involvesOverall responsibility for key vendor relationships:Management of the vendor relationship for employee catering services. Service provision includes:Employee DiningBarista Coffee ShopVendor Pop upsHospitality for Events (including external catering providers)Management of other vendor relationships such as:Coffee machine servicesVending machine servicesFruit/Milk (and other free issue items) vendor managementVarious ancillary services under the scope of the contracts, including for example deep cleaning, which may change from time to timeOversee the management of the in-house service meetings & events. Service provision includes:Room BookingsHospitality orderingRoom Set-upsWorking closely with key groups and vendors, such as cleaning, security and AV (as above)The MEFS Manager is responsible for ensuring that vendors are managed in line with the IFM vendor management process, and in accordance with contracts, measurable KPIs and SLAs.In all instances, the MEFS Manager is responsible for working closely with the onsite delivery teams to ensure that:Full compliance to EHS regulations is continuously achievedServices are managed and delivered consistently across the portfolio of sitesNew sites are seamlessly mobilised, working closely with the Sourcing ManagerVendor is managed in line with the IFM vendor management processVendor is managed strictly in line with both IFM and client contract, and associated agreed SLAs and KPIsReporting flows through from the vendors to the IFM team in accordance with IFM and client requirementsBudgets and all financial requirements flow through from the vendors to the IFM team in accordance with IFM and client requirementsKey relationships are built with Facilities Managers, Assistant Facilities Managers, Soft/Hard Services Managers and EMEA Program Team in order to ensure delivery goals are metBuild a strong relationship with the onsite clientSupport on RFPs related to the MEF roleCreate and maintain SOPs and SOWs for the catering divisionConduct audits (as above) quarterly across all catering areasThe Meeting, Events & Food Services Manager role will also be expected to ensure the consistency and quality of all other GREF (Global Real Estate & Facilities) mandated Hospitality services offered within the regions.
