orporate events? Were looking for an Event Coordinator: New Business to support the planning and execution of strategic corporate events.Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently coordinate small to medium-sized events from conceptualization to post-event reporting.
  • Prepare operational documents, including budgets, event specifications, and reports.
  • Manage event logistics, supplier procurement, and client communication.
  • Handle all administrative tasks related to events, including purchase orders, payments, and financial reconciliations.
  • Assist in business development by preparing proposals, maintaining client relationships, and sourcing new opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, supplier contracts, and health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in event coordination and administration.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in event management, project management, marketing, hospitality, or public relations (preferred).
  • Strong administrative and financial management skills.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint essential).
  • Willingness to travel, work overtime, and be hands-on at events.
